How do I install Doubletick?
You can install Doubletick for Gmail or GSuite directly from our website. To do so, click "Add to Chrome" or “Install Pro” on our website, You will be redirected to Chrome web store Click Add to Chrome and Signin with Google.
Why am I being notified that "someone" opened my e-mail?
If you send an e-mail to multiple recipients (Either with To, CC, or BCC fields), you will receive a notification that 'someone' opened your e-mail when any of the recipients opened it. If there are multiple recipients, we cannot confirm which recipient (and associated email address) opened the message.
